Q: When will my membership packet arrive in the mail?

A: Membership packets are sent out once a week on every Friday. Packets can take between 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please wait 3 weeks before inquiring.

*Note: if you sign up for your membership on a Friday, your packet will not go out until the following Friday. You will also receive a digital copy of your membership letter via email. 

Q: What if I do not receive my packet within 2-3 weeks?

A: If you do not receive your membership packet after 2-3 weeks of signing up please contact us at membership@ventureunknownfoundation.org

Q: What if I want to cancel my membership?

A: There is no need to cancel your membership. Your membership will simply expire and you will not be automatically renewed.

Q: Can I get a refund of my membership?

A: No, all of our memberships are non refundable. 

Q: How often do I need to renew my membership?

A: All memberships need to be renewed annually. Your membership expiration date is the same

calendar date as your join date. Ex. If you join on May 4, 2025 your expiration date and date of renewal

will be May 4, 2026. We do not hold onto your credit card information. Currently your membership is not set to auto renew. You must manually enter in all your information on the membership join form to renew. If you choose not to renew, you can simply let your membership expire, there is no need to cancel your membership as we will not automatically renew it.

Q: Will I be notified when my membership is up for renewal?

A: Yes, you will receive renewal notices via email. The first will arrive the month before your renewal

date, the second on the month of your renewal, and the last the month after your membership has

expired. Once you renew, you will not receive any renewal notices. If you renew and are still receiving

renewal notices, please reach out to the VUF Team.

Q: What if I have a change of address before my membership packet is sent?

A: If you have a change of address, please contact the VUF Team as soon as possible. Make

sure to add your apartment or suite number when filling out your online join form.
